Kassbohrer Pisten Bully
STABILITY AND CONTROL — GREATER INDEPENDENCE
The PistenBully 800 is a modern, high-performance snow groomer designed for efficient slope preparation under any conditions. It combines a powerful engine, a reliable undercarriage, and a well-thought-out control system, making it a universal solution for ski resorts with high workloads.
The PistenBully 800W is a winch-equipped modification, developed specifically for operation on steep and challenging terrain. The winch provides additional stability and precise movement, especially on slopes with gradients of up to 100%.
The key difference between the two models is the presence of the winch in the 800W version, making it ideal for situations where maximum control and safety are required.

The machine has the following main dimensions and technical characteristics:
The width without tracks is 2,700 mm, and the total length with blade and tiller is 9,420 mm.
The blade width is 5,950 mm when extended and 5,040 mm when closed. The overall height is 2,990 mm, reaching 3,410 mm with the cab tilted.
Recommended garage dimensions: length — 11,500 mm, width — 6,000 mm, height — 3,500 mm.
The unladen weight without tracks is 7,895 kg for the 800 and 10,250 kg for the 800W.
Operating weight with tracks, blade, and tiller starts from 12,695 kg for the 800 and 15,100 kg for the 800W.
The maximum permissible gross weight is 16,000 kg for the 800 and 16,500 kg for the 800W.
The 800W version is additionally equipped with a winch featuring stepless pulling force up to 45 kN, a rope length of 1,050 m, and a calculated breaking strength of 135 kN. The total weight of the winch assembly is 2,265 kg.
Payload capacity of the rear platform is 1,500 kg for the 800 and 2,500 kg for the 800W.
